It took 16 weeks for the mattress to arrive .This involved it being 'Lost in Transit twice, so your Delivery Specialist Team reordered the item. The item is quite large and weighs 37 kilos , so it is not an easy thing to mislay. Customer Service answered emails quite swiftly, so this is a positive, however there seemed a misconnection between your Custome Service, Delivery Specialist Team and courier -XDP . On 2 occasions I was informed that the mattress was actually on its way to me via the courier, having sat in the couriers depot for 14 days. Only to be cancelled at the last moment? Then on on actual day of the delivery I was emailed to say that the slot was cancelled , only for it to be reinstated 30minutes later. So all in all quite a dissappointing excperience.
