I had to wait over a month past my delivery date as the item was not delivered. Wayfair were very unhelpful saying that I needed to return the undelivered item before I could request my money back. Each time I contacted them I was told I had to wait and check with Evri about delivery. I was Wayfair customer not Evri it was their responsibility to find where my item had gone not mine. When it did eventually arrive it is the size of a large single not a double. It’s gone straight to the charity shop. I will shop elsewhere in future. Shocking customer service
