No problem with delivery, product packed as described.Very heavy box. After unpacking , mattress was in good shape in 24h .However it is rather soft medium to soft.It does not hold shape on the ages even with medium hand pressure.Shame I can not add video to present it. I purchased double , but can say 2 adult people will not sleep comfortable and I doubt it is long term valuable purchase. Will not be returning as only for spare bedroom but if you after solid good quality mattress ..keep searching.

Quite a soft matteress although says medium firm. Very deep matteress so difficult finding sheets to fully fit.
