I am amazed at the whole experience from buying to delivery to dismantling the mattress with Wayfair. Friendly, polite, caring of their customer and her wishes, and the product looks exactly as it should look. Haven't sleep on it yet because I should wait longer for it to reconstitute. Thank you, Wayfair!

Overall good. Soft, comfortable. It mentions medium. But actually it was soft. Different companies can have different medium firmness but it should be graded properly.
