Mattress so far is ok. No to soft. I bought it hor my son and he is happy with it. For some reason come in open box. Mayfair seriously have to rethink about delivery services which they offer.

The mattress arrived defective with the metal wire frame of the coiled section jutting out at one end. Impossible to pull the padding over it. We're in the process of trying to arrange for it to be collected as the wiring will inevitably push through the fabric after a short period of use. No response about collection / replacement / reimbursement as yet. Hopefully they sort things soon as our 3yr old is waiting to use his first big boy bed
