Hi, We live in 7th floor and the lift goes to 8th floor and driver just needed to bring one floor down with our help but he declined and left the matreesess ground floor near the lift and pressure us to give him scanned code of delivery. We ordered the mattress ages ago and estimated delivery was 29th april but it arrived 10th may we want the money back and return the mattress. Driver called just half an hour before he arrived and i was in my office and he said if i want the parcel i will have to be in the flat in 3 minutes and he cannot wait. so i was forced to give him scanned barcode in order to get the parcel delivered. Please look into the matter and i want compensate for all these matter that have happened. this has been a nightmare for us as our experience with you been so frustrating. it took around 2 weeks for your guys to locate the delivery.
