I’ve ordered Polycotton duvet but I’ve received hollowfibre duvet. It’s completely a scam. Cos the website gave me 3 options 1. get £4.6 refunds which’s I paid £4.99 on postage. 2. They resend another one (not sure will be the one I want) but I need sand this one back and pay for the postage again. 3. Get fully refund but sand this one back and pay for the postage again. Avoid this item. You may get something different.

Different from specification on the website and we are not satisfied with the quality. We are going to return it.
