I’m afraid I don’t rate this. I don’t find it cooling at all. As it doesn’t work for me it’s necessary to buy another, different brand

So comfortable..better sleep and my back pain has really improved

Brilliant. Possibly the comfiest pillow I’d had.

Gel only stays cold roughly for a week.And you can't flip your pillow over as other side is just a normal pillow
