80% Goose Down Surround Pillow

It does flatten, but leaves enough firm support for sideways sleepers when it does. It's very expensive, so I'm hoping that with care, it will continue to provide the firm support I require. The cotton casing keeps the feathers in and keeps it cool, which polyester and lower thread counts can't.
