The material feels cool to the touch and doesn't make me feel overheated or sweaty at night! It's useful that the cover can be unzipped and washed. The support is just about right for me. I use it to align my hips and spine when laying on my side. I've had improved sleep from using it but I've usually thrown out of bed by the morning just because I'm a fidget! It feels like it will stay 'plump' for a long time unlike some of the lower priced body pillows that can be purchased elsewhere.

As a side sleeper I bought to keep my right hip aligned and the pain has subsided. This is pain I have struggled with for a year!

This is very comfortable and supportive - I bought at the start of my 2nd trimester; think I will use it more and more as my bump grows. Think it will be good as a nursing pillow too.
