I ordered this because I had a previous one that was good and used for three years. This one came and is smaller than the bed frame which is annoying (we thought it would expand but its just small). Also the bed loses shape a bit too easily. Its already dipping in after 2 months.

Received damaged Memory Foam Mattress, next day got replacement, unfortunately same issue, very bad quality of the Foam , waiting to resolve the issue.

After 72h the mattress didn’t take its shape. All 4 corners were crushed. One side is considerably lower than the other. Just not quality for the price. 2 stars , because we might have been unlucky. The mattress otherwise is comfy, but we don’t want to chance another damaged item and have requested a full refund.
