I would recommend it , my one got bad before 3 yrs. I’ve asked Waifair for a refund we agreed to 35 percent if keep the product. Supose to take 3-5 bussiness days to my original payment which was paypal, for some “reason” they couldnt pay me in my original payment method instead after contact the customer service the 7th,8th,9th,10th bussiness day they decide to credit my wayfair account even if i said i dont want store credit.

Love this mattress, absolutely so comfortable! My back doesnt hurt hardly at all any more since using this matress. Really happy with this purchase.

This mattress is great, very comfy considering it’s a firm one. I have lower back pain and made a mistake to buy a medium to plush mattress prior to this one which made my back pain worse. After I spoke to customer service and told them my issue they were so amazing and credited my account so I can purchase a new mattress which is more specific to my needs. I recommend this mattress, it is very comfortable.

First 5 nights I thought I'd made the wrong choice and was thinking about returning the mattress as I felt like I was sleeping on a plank of wood. I was looking at softer mattress options on Wayfair as I was certain I was going to exchange it. This taught me the importance of settling into your new mattress and giving it time. I deliberately went for a firmer mattress due to my old medium being way too soft and very bad for my arthritic spine and fibromyalgia. I'd say it took almost 2 weeks and now 6 weeks later it's gone from completely rigid with zero movement to softer with a little bounce. I'm now happy with the mattress. It's deep enough, firm enough but also soft enough for my body to feel supported and sunk in/ cradled. I sleep alone on this double mattress but it would be ideal for a couple as it doesn't bounce and move when you roll over. It hasn't helped my back but it appears that no mattress can help arthritis anyway. It certainly hasn't made it worse, only during the settling in period. Expect it to be incredibly firm for the first few weeks but learn from me, it gets softer. 6 weeks in it's 25cm deep.
