I am not satisfied with this mattress. After a short period of use, it has already lost its stiffness and original shape. The surface has become uneven and feels loose, which makes it uncomfortable to sleep on. The mattress is not providing proper support as expected, and the quality does not match the description. Because of this issue, I am experiencing discomfort while sleeping. I would like to request a return and refundreplacement as per your return policy. Please guide me through the next steps.
