Good quality and good price

The mattress arrived on time. The mattress was in good condition, however, the depth of the mattress was not in line with the information provided by the customer service representative. The representative told me that the depth of the mattress is 8 inches while the item received only had a depth of 3 inches (see photo attached). Because of a discrepancy in the information provided and the item received I had to return the item. One of the customer representatives whom I spoke to wasn't helpful and confused the problem with the order and return the item and linked the refund to the return of the item. After emailing Wayfair, they acknowledged the issue and issued the full refund.

A very firm mattress, hasn’t softened up at all.

Awful. Thinner than a topper at best, would not recommend to anyone

Arrived too late. Well after predicted delivery date. Asked for return and refund - still no sign of collection 5 days later and impossible to contact anyone to check situation. Very disappointing customer service indeed.
