One of the most comfortable mattresses! We have one for us and bought this one for our daughter because she loves ours so much! She sleeps so much better and does not wake up with back pain anymore. Highly recommend!

The mattress was described as a med-firm it is definitely firm an 8-9. One half of the top of the mattress of the covering was very wavy and loose while the other half was tight. I am 140 pounds and sit on top of the mattress with no plushness at all. Although my hips do have a very lit bit of dip. I wish I could send pics.
