TERRIBLE DO NOT BUY NO LABELS AT ALL SO UNSURE HOW THEY KNEW WHICH MATTRESS TO SEND IT WAS 19cm NOT 23cm!!!! HARD AWFUL QUALITY!! NOTHING LIKE THE PICS ON WEBSITE CHEAP & NASTY DESCRIPTION IS NOT ACCURATE AT ALL DO NOT BUY FINALLY SENT IT BACK BUT I WAS CHARGED FOR THIS???? THEY LOAT PART OF MY ORDER OF FITTED SHEET & HAD DAYS OF ARGUING TO GET MY MONEY BACK THEYVE NOW RECEIVED ITEM & STILL HAVENT SENT MY REFUND 3WEEKS LATER!!! DONT BOTHER HAVE A LOOK ON WILKOS WEBSITE JUST ORDERED FREE DELIVERY ARRIVED IN 2 DAYS ACTUALLY CHEAPER & MUCH BETTER QUALITY I’ve put screen shot of this in pics ….
