STEP 1: LOOSEN CAP—Insert the lower half of the filling tool into the cap and loosen the cap by turning counterclockwise.
STEP 2: INSERT TOOL—Insert the filling tool completely, tightening finger-tight.
STEP 3: FILL WITH WATER—Hold pillow upright carefully and fill with the amount of water according to the “Filling Chart” below.
STEP 4: WATER AND AN AIR POCKET—Now there is both water and an air pocket inside the pillow.
STEP 5: PUSH FINGERS DOWN THE PILLOW—Gently finish releasing the portion of the air pouch by slightly massaging the bottom air pocket.
STEP 6: REMOVE AIR—Safe for allergy sufferers—the materials resist dust mites, mold, and bacteria, promoting a cleaner, healthier sleep environment.
STEP 7: REPLACE CAP—Continue pressing for 5 seconds on the top surface of the pouch, then close tightly.
