Grandberry 400 Thread Count Duvet Cover Set

Purchased this as a gift was in two minds as whether to wrap or not , when received packaging was all ripped bit embarrassing to give as a gift , went ahead as did not have anything to replace it , maybe items should be checked before sending out.

Could be better. The material itself feels nice but on arrival there were yellow stains behind every button on the duvet cover and one of the buttons fell off straight out of the packaging. It's a shame as otherwise it seems like a good product. I haven't used it properly or washed it yet so only time will tell. Customer service has been awful, offered a partial refund then emailed to be offered a considerably lower partial refund which weeks later hasn't been made!

Nice quality, it has very lovely and smooth feel. I absolutely like it. Such a good buy

material is nice, but the quality of pillows sewings...please check the photo - there is no sewings....

Sorry I do not like giving negative reviews, but the colour of this item was not at all nice it just looked like a deep yellow not very pleasant, not the cream colour that I was expecting , and the hassle of having to send it back is not good.
