After two nights on this mattress, I can honestly say it's very comfortable. It's just the right level of softness for me. I usually wake up with back pain when I sleep in a new bed for the first time, but I didn't experience that at all. I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Zero support, collapses in your fingers. Took exactly on month to organise the return. Executive resolutions team not helpful at all. A very bad experience. This is my second review… first one magically disappeared!
