Dormeo Octasmart Hybrid Deluxe Mattress

I would give a 0 if I could. Had this less than 2 years it has a 5 year warranty. But this company not interested. It’s sagging on both sides despite us only sleeping in it for 3 months a year. Contacted company send multiple pics they sent someone to look at it. Now they don’t want to stand by their product. Spent all that money and they don’t care. Don’t waste your money. Awful product awful company

Love it so far , very comfortable, supportive , feels cool and worth the money , strange smell when unpacked - like paint but gone after 24 hrs

So far so good. Mattress arrived in 8 days, ahead of schedule, and could track deleivery via xdp app. A lot cheaper than the manufacturers site, now over £1000 dearer. plus comes with a sleep trial. I took the rolled up mattress out of the box for easier carrying upstairs. Removed plastic and mattress slowly grew for next 6 hours or so. So far glad i went for the medium/soft mattress as is reasonably firmish.
