Positives •Seemed comfortable •Excellent customer service Negatives •Awful, strong chemical smell that made the whole house smell •Piping along one vertical edge sat under mattress as if sewn incorrectly •No vent holes as described in features •Expanded to 16cm, not 18cm •Stated ‘Made in Italy’ on appwebsite but label stated ‘Made in Poland’ •Softer than expected Overall disappointed in the quality, was this a faulty one or are they all like this

Be a good mattress for someone wanting a softer feel unwanted firm it states that it is a former feel but just not firm enough for me and the height of 17 cm only rose to about 14 cm so was just not deep enough for me.
