Hard as a plank of wood. I looked this mattress up on the Dormeo website, and they dont sell this one. This one is 14cm thick, so is very firm. The same Named/description on the dormeo site gives the depth/thickness as 17cm, which would be better. Read carefully and make your choice. Can't fault Wayfair though...they arranged collection and gave my refund the same day as collection.
