Very disappointed as when I open the box where the duvet was delivered this was just covered with onion paper, it was not inside original packaging. Normally all duvets come packaged inside a plastic coverbag. Would never imagine to receive a cover just like that. It looks like they sent me the one on display in their shop. Very disappointed.

I bought this duvet for my daughter and she describes it as being like a big, snuggly hug! As a teenager she loves her sleep and reports having the best sleep ever! Perfectly warm in winter and comfortable in the warmer weather too so saves money on having to make seasonal changes. It is one of the most sumptuous duvets I’ve come across and I would recommend to anyone seeking a high quality cloud of comfort! Washes well and returns to original delightful depth - a great product and reasonably priced for such high quality! Makes bedtime even more appealing - daughter loves it!

Not 13.5 tog, very slim despite airing multiply times. Unfortunately I missed return date and had to buy another duvet instead. Very disappointed

There’s several feathers in the box and not many in the duvet 3 pockets are empty very disappointed it was for my sisters bed who we care for as she’s terminally ill I would spriciate a refund pls as had to buy another one
