Love the colour good value 4 money

These are the WORST towels I’ve ever bought, I find the fact Wayfair are charging £75 for these on SALE is absolutely disgraceful! Just unpacking them I could see the colour disparity between the different sizes to be very obvious they had a very strong chemical smell which is odd as they are supposed to be natural cotton, eseveral threads were sticking out on the majority of the towels. I contacted customer service to complain return them but Wayfair seem to think all their customers have perfect health access to a printer which I don’t so I had no way of returning them. I asked if I had just gotten a bad order but was told the quality is the same with all of them. After some back forth they offered £25 back. I have been trying to use them but they milt and shed so much I just end up covered in red fluff and they ruin my machine ever time I wash them. I have honestly bought better towels for my cat from Poundland, I can’t even use them to mop up spills because it just moves the liquid about and leaves red fluff everywhere even just hanging in the towel rail they shed onto the floor beneath. I have no choice but to throw them away and spend more money on new towel which definitely won’t be coming from Wayfair.

I’m fuming with these towels. Bought 2 sets in the navy blue. And they won’t stop leaving blue fluff absolutely everywhere. Each wash makes no difference. My brand new air b&b looks filthy constantly. Ends up everywhere throughout and obviously people have complained. Will be throwing both sets out and having to look elsewhere…

Nice and soft. But one towel was frayed on one edge
