The ideal storage place for all sorts of things! Our garden chest from Casaria provides optimal protection for cushions, seat cushions and much more, against moisture and dirt. The sturdy storage box with a volume of approx. 800 liters offers enough space for garden accessories of all kinds. Made of polyrattan wickerwork, the box is weatherproof, UV-light resistant, dirt-repellent and easy to clean. The robust lid of the chest also provides stability with reinforced polycarbonate sheets, so that the cushion box is also suitable as a shelf. Thanks to the automatic lift with two gas springs, the lid, which consists of two parts, can be easily opened and closed. If necessary, one part of the lid can be opened separately. Totally adequate for my needs, but a few things to be aware of: 1. The box it is delivered in is super heavy 2. Putting it together is awkward - it helps to be tall to reach the inside screws 3. The screw threads are not well machined so you may need to power through areas of cross-threading 4. The standard Allen Key wrench is, for almost every bolt, positioned next to an edge or a block, and therefore you will be screwing in 1/4 turns for most bolts. 5. The inner lining is ‘generously’ sized so while it goes in pretty easily, it isn’t ‘tight’ - which means that the zips require two hands to open Looks good and will work for my needs, though, so am happy with it.. Slightly fiddly to put together, the allen key supplied not of good quality. Some of the strands already unweeding out of the box, especially around the legs.
