This is a lovely shoe storage seat, it's just what we wanted. Unfortunately this one had one fault which I fixed myself. The part that is used to take the seating area was a bit small and did not fit exactly right, it kept sliding off the rails when you sat on it, I therefore had to glue it in position. The shoe rack is ideal for us. It goes in a walk-in cupboard where it will make our shoes easy to get to. I don't think the design warrants being on display, but that might suit some homes and people. We bought it in a sale at a fair price that we consider provided value for money.
