Delivery: Ordered Sunday evening and arrived Monday lunchtime: extremely quick. Construction: Form other reviews I thought it would be a nightmare, but it was straightforward & simple. Lay out all materials and read all instructions carefully (including having a solid/level foundation to build from). There are a few tricky bits- namely the last roof panel corner which is hard to snap in place (I had to pry it in using a flat-head screwdriver with a bit of local damage to the plastic which settled back). Vast majority was a 1-person job, I only had to ask my wife a couple of times for a few moments. Recommend using a drill for most of the self-tapping screws into the plastic panelling as there are a lot. Overall it took me around 6/7hrs so allow a full day shift. Product: Overall I’m very happy with the quality of the shed. It is sturdier than I anticipated (of course not as much as a wooden shed but certainly strong enough for the sheltered area I’ve placed it). For the price I paid I am delighted with the purchase.. First of all, I read previous reviews before ordering and the main complaint is that the instructions are difficult to understand or inaccurate. After receiving the shed, I found the instructions very intuitive. They are on A5 so quite small but as long as you test fit the pieces before fixing parts together, you will see pretty quickly if the orientation is incorrect. If you are unsure, read ahead a couple of pages and everything should make sense. Assembled on my own in a few hours, and really happy with the quality of the shed. The evolutionary Darwin shed is the perfect design if you want the look and feel of wood with all of the benefits and ease of plastic. A Keter shed provides ample airflow by having specifically placed vents but, as with any shed, condensation can form. If you do see signs of condensation here are hints to help you to protect the contents of your shed. To prevent condensation inside your shed, wherever possible, do not allow any excess moisture inside the shed. To do this try and ensure all equipment inside the shed such as camping gear or sporting goods are cleaned and dried before storing them in the shed. Try to let as much air inside the shed on cooler, dry days, by opening the shed doors. This will help the air circulation inside the shed and will drop the humidity level inside. Please note the durable material that all Keter sheds are made of will not be affected by moisture or condensation as part of the Keter no maintenance promise.

Take note of the 4x corner panels and the dimensions - the 2 sides are different widths so if you don't get them the correct way round, it won't fit together properly. Would’ve been five stars had it not been for the mess up with the delivery, only one box arrived one day and I was told I’d have to ring the courier to find out where the second box was which I did didn’t do, then I was asked to do a review on the delivery and it said order complete so I was a bit worried about the second box that was missing, rang up customer services the following day and got a very helpful person who informed me that the second box would be delivered which it promptly was, what I will say is it’s a great shed but allow yourself at least a day Work doing this, it took me an hour just to check that all the parts were present, the biggest flat pack challenge for me for sure, that all aside it’s good value, strong enough and looks the part.. I have been positively surprised when I found out all the holes line up perfectly the quality of shed seems good too. The only issue is the instruction very unclear, door assembly and the frame above door is nearly not existent in manual. Many panels overlap and it does not say it in manual so you screw stuff down and then you have to again unscrew it to get another panel under the same screw. Not enough washers and screws in a set ( I have lost few and then I had to go buy new one ) would be nice to get more of them as a spare in set. Also definitely not 3h build there is over 150 connection point in outside panels alone. It took 2 people 12h ( if I build it again I can teoreticky shift 1-2h of that time ) nowhere near 2hours as they claim. Anonymous. Thu Sep 10 2026

This does not take 3 hours as suggested by the instructions but two full days. It’s not for the faint hearted DIY’er as we had to drill new holes and the instructions were a tad confusing in parts. This said when it eventually was built after a few scratched heads and a couple of expletives it became a shed and looked very nice in our garden. It’s is more spacious than the pics and will hold a lot of things. Pleased in the end. Suggest that the manufactures try and build this themselves as I’ve noted quite a few other reviews mention the holes not being in line and they need to address this as without an experienced DIY person helping us, it would still be in bits..
