Edgartown 180cm W Wood Log Chest

Well made and easy to assemble; very happy with it and it looks good. Only one thing missing was something to prevent the lid falling down, as when it is installed against a wall, the lid can easily slam down if windy. We have rigged up a prop for it, but it would be better if it came with one.

Very cheap timber used for this item, basically cut up pallets that you can buy elsewhere much cheaper and make your own log store. Not water resistant in any way, after a day of rain our logs were soaking wet, this kind of defeats the object of having this wood store to keep your logs dryer, when the timbers soak in the rain! When you lift the lid the rain water also runs between the gaps in the over lapping timbers dripping onto the logs! Would not recommend this log store. I've now got to buy some waterproofing preservative to stop the rain from soaking through the timbers! Not impressed!

This was easy to assemble and looks great on the decking.
