About This Product

Differing from past traditional foot-operated bins, this series of sensor dustbins use infrared technology for convenient use. It will sense your approaching, activating the motorized lid for your convenience. The lid will automatically close after a few seconds of non-usage. The units can also be opened and closed manually by pressing the buttons on the lid. These bins are battery powered so no wiring is needed. Just pop in 4 D cell batteries and the bin is ready to use. With a durable stainless steel mirror finishing body, they ensure a longer service life and are stylish and beautiful in all types of interior settings.

End of the day, it’s a bin. It does the job. Wave opening is usefully. Probably closes a little too soon but that’s about it. Would certainly recommend

Good while it lasted. Delivered on 03 January and stopped working on 14 March. Batteries still had plenty of charge and still doesn't work when fresh batteries are put in. The buttons don't even work anymore. When the lid is manually moved the light comes on, so it is drawing power.
