Relax 293cm Closet System

I would have given a full 5stars had I not of been given the impression that this was easy to put up, otherwise this is a really appealing and sleek looking product that utilises space efficiently but to call this extremely simple is misleading it took myself and a friend of mine 12 hours to put up

This system is easy to use and install. Fittings allow for easy adjustment but you will need a spirit level or two to check for alignment in 3 directions. The aluminium box section upright poles can be cut to size with a hack saw however, i found it difficult to get a square edge. After the first cut I used an 80t blade in my electric mitre saw which ensured a square clean cut. Everything has gone together well and could be built in a weekend.

Great item but difficult to put together

We bought two of these units and they are really well made and of good quality. They look great, although ours will end up behind sliding doors, and are really practical. The only downside is that the lack of parts/packing lists so you don't actually know whether you have all the parts when you start. The Wayfair Helpdesk was brilliant when i contacted them about this, and spent a lot of time and 2 callbacks trying to resolve this for me. There are a lot of documents on their website. Great product and great service.

This was an expensive system so I expected good quality. generally the quality was fine but the instructions are woeful and do not explain the amount of careful measuring and cutting required. This 2.4M system took over 8 hours to install and I'm an experienced DIY enthusiast. Be warned, this is not a simple task and will require care and patience to install corectly. I'm not sure they are worth the money.
