could not get it to unlock but to be fair. the box was so torn up that you could say it was in shreds the corners of product were exposed packing broken and in peace's .Had first one replaced and the second one came beat up to still trying to get the second one open no luck after two days, one more try and taking it to a locksmith today depends on how much this will cost or if they can help it we keep this one,. Wish us luck feel this is DHL fault not wayfair or product .
