Freestanding Magazine Organizer Holder

A little smaller than I anticipated but works where I wanted it.

Came straight out of the box! No assembly needed.

I think I am angry. I did not receive my magazine rack. Instead I received a holiday decoration I have no use for. I tried the customer support virtual assistant twice last night. Both times it disconnected mid call. Last night I tried speaking to an actual human who told me I needed to wait 3 days after the scheduled delivery date to report a missing item despite the Wayfair site saying it had been delivered. I am sure it was just not to me.most likely the person who ordered the holiday decoration received my magazine rack instead of their decoration. I tried customer service again a few minutes ago and requested to speak to a manager but of course even after holding for 15 minutes a manager was not available. Maybe this review will cause someone to call me. If not I will dispute the charge with my credit card company and drop the holiday decoration off to Goodwill.

Purchased for son, for side of his toilet! Nice and narrow modern looking!
