These arrived last week after waiting a month for delivery. The shelves look OK but there's a special screw missing so we can't assemble them, nor buy a similar screw as it needs a certain alan key. We have emailed the address on the instructions twice and had no response. Very disappointed & will be returning if don't hear back this week.
