5 Pair Shoe Rack

Delivery was a week late. Wayfair's response to this was dismissive. The product itself was quite grubby with excessive visible dust all over it...has to be wiped down before even handling it. The guidance has silly pictures and minimal actual written instructions, that in some parts don't even correspond! The main issue for me, is that after arriving late, when I put it together the very last fittings are faulty and will not catch the screws it needs to, to secure the top shelf This is not due to me not knowing what I am doing, as I have secure the working one fine, but two are faulty, and one appears that the precut hole is too big so the firing won't secure or stay flush, to get the screw to catch into it. It is down to a fault fitting £/or an alignment anomaly. As it was the very last thing to happen, it was too much hassle to dismantle the entire shoe rack, in order to return it back as faulty. I consider that Wayfair should provide me with replacement fittings/screws, to see if that will resolve the matter! However, having to endure their Chatbot, or jump through hoop to connect with a human staff member, is all too much bother. I will now be extremely reluctant to order items from Wayfair in the future, due to shortcomings in product quality, delivery, and their approach to customer service.

Simple and sturdy; this shoe rack fits the bill (and the shoes, thankfully) nicely. Sent promptly, well protected in transit, and went together quickly.

Great little space saving shoe rack. Came with incorrect instructions so took quite a bit of working out how to put together. It’s also not the best made, with bits of laminate lifted on the edges, but going inside a wardrobe so not important. A lick of paint would make it look better if you have it on show. It’s sturdy and does the job.
