Really really unhappy with this product. First of all two screws missing, but thankfully quickly replaced. The instructions are appalling. Nothing written - just pictures and incredibly poorly put together. Once constructed, there is no plynth so the door does not open without scraping on the ground and the backing is so thin that screwing to the wall is not very safe. The mirror front door is far too heavy for the rest of the product and I struggled putting it together. All in all super looking, but not practically designed. Had I noticed this might be a problem, I might have ordered one with a plynth, albeit probably same quality. Very sad :-(

Good product and lots of shoe storage space, only downside is the backboard is flimsy and the brackets for mouting it on the wall mean it will stick out at the top, so i instead mounted pieces of wood along the top and middle on the back of the cabinet and mounted a piece of wood on the wall so it would then rest on that, and then drilled it to the wall, which also solved the flimsy backboard problem, but overall a good product when it is on the wall.

Happy with the product. Decent design and perfect size for our narrow space behind my door (25cm D). It is not for free standing, the door won't open if there is no space underneath. The mirror door is heavy, but the L shaped interlocking brackets are sturdy enough (so far, for a month). The hardest part was drilling because we have found there is H beam behind our wall.

Dreadful product design and inaccurate/inconsistent marketing by Wayfair. 1. Price: Was on for £270 for many weeks until I complained. It then reduced to £184.99, the price I paid, BUT is now £171.99 which Wayfair claim is a reduction from £199.99. Wrong. NO response from Wayfair to two feedback posts (there is no Customer Service contact information at Wayfair so good luck if you have a problem). 2. Dimensions: Overall depth is 25.4cm, NOT 23cm as stated!! Wayfair have forgotten the door depth. If you are installing this in a recess (as I was) this can be critical. I JUST got away with it. 3. Instructions: As mentioned by other reviewers, the instructions are incorrect for this item. The included image shows, for example, that the item has 4 holes at the top/bottom whereas the instruction shows 2. It’s not hard to work out which holes to use, but that is not the point. 4. Assembly/Installation/Design: a. The thin backboard engages with grooves in each side piece BUT is not fixed at the centre line so pushes backwards when the shelves are loaded, leaving a gap. This is made worse on a unit that is intended to have the shelves fitted at an angle as shoes etc, under gravity, naturally push against the back board. I recommend that you pin the backboard into the single fixed, level shelf. b. The locking nuts are on the inside of the unit and are very visible. Normally, on tall units, where neither the top or bottom can be seen, the end pieces would be flipped so that they lock the side panels from the outside, leaving a clean interior. I initially thought I had assembled them incorrectly, but the Wayfair images confirm this is a design ‘feature’! c. The single, fixed, level shelf is not located at the midway point so, whilst it is still possible to upend the whole unit (should you want the door on the other side), this drops the fixed shelf too low (IMHO) and, moreover, exposes its fixing nuts, which is unsightly. d. The assembly fasteners are over-complicated and work poorly. A load-bearing lug is screwed into pre-drilled hole and a pin is then screwed into these lugs. The panel to be assembled is fixed to these pins by a tapered grub screw which HAS to engage with a countersunk hole in the top of the pin. It is not possible for the pins to be screwed tightly to the lugs. They MUST be left loose so that the hole aligns with the incoming grub screw. Assembly is impossible if the screws are tightened to the lugs. That said, it does actually assemble OK, despite this, but it is NOT mentioned in the instructions, which it should be as leaving them loose is counter-intuitive. e. The unit has to be wall-mounted. This is fine and is made perfectly clear in the sales blurb. However, there is NO mention in the instructions, that the hanger that is needed to mount the unit MUST be installed, using supplied dowels, during assembly. I had to disassemble my unit to fit the hanger. You could add legs to the unit but stability would be an issue unless also retained to the wall at the top. If you neither wall-hang it, or add legs, you will not be able to open the door. It’s actually not a bad unit. It’s just annoying that Wayfair choose to ignore reviews and direct feedback (presumably because they believe all their stuff is marvellous), thereby leaving reported problems unfixed. If the unit were £50, I could accept a few problems, but it is overpriced, even at £171.99 for the level of hassle, especially compared to other similar Wayfair offerings. I am looking forward to THIS also being ignored, but at least I have warned you!

So pleased with this... Packaged well. Did not take long to put together
