Picture only instructions which are misleading. Fiddly Allen key assembly which is slow going. Make sure the open/closing mechanism on side panel and lid are on the same side. The base struts on the bottom panel are underneath not on top as shown on instructions. It's bigger than it looks also. Problem with return not Wayfair fault but DHL's.
