Brambly Cottage Fenske Wicker Decorative Basket

Nice aesthetic and good sized bin, perfect for my dressing room.

Pros: Cotton liner is very nice - both a snug fit when in use but easy to remove to clean. Bin itself is solid and will last for years. Cons: Bin & Lining is NOT WHITE, it is OFF-WHITE - would expect lining to be a little 'ecru' (it's linen) but bin itself is also off-white (which is not as described). Many would probably not notice this too much, but I had just bought brand new white wood bedroom furniture and, when placed next to this, it was very obvious! Fortunately, I had a can of white spray furniture paint in the house, so resolved without having to return. I also bleached the lining for a few hours so it is less cream. Finish on the rattan was not perfect, although this is often an issue with wicker/rattan, so not a huge deal. Given the above 'cons', at £13.99, it's not incredible value for money, given you can pick up similar (not quite as nice, but not far off) in your local Wilko for much less money. I did need a new waste bin, but would not have bought this at that price unless needing to purchase something to get me over the £40 free delivery mark (the other thing I ordered was just under the £40). All in all, satisfied with purchase but only after I had spray-painted/bleached - just be warned if you are ordering the white one, it is not the pure white that it looks on the photos.
