One star is for the people good design. The boxing(the broken foam debris inside)and assemble are disasters. The instruction said do not use power tool, please follow that other wise the very thin material extremely easy to broken. (I bought two, the first one I used the power tool, it broken the cabinet at back, so the second one I had to hand assemble very tired and time consuming) And besides, the instruction is not detailed enough, some of the key points don’t have detail call outs, you need to correct later which means you need to take apart then assemble again. and the sequence of the assemble is upside down, you barely cannot assemble by yourself, you need to ask one more helper. I would like to let the designer know that we are living on the earth, there is a kind of force called gravity. Within the gravity it is not easy to assemble upside down.

The shoe cabinets look really nice. I’ve assembled oodles of furniture pieces and these were one of the toughest builds I’ve experienced. Directions were tricky as multiple steps were included in one diagram. The cam hardware used a plastic grommet type of thing which was prone to stripping. Hinges were bent and some pilot holes were not placed correctly. We persevered, and I really like them now that they are done.

My first purchase from Wayfair without a 5 star review. No matter what we do, the doors are mis-aligned. I should have stuck with a regular show cabinet. Decent color (a little more brown than in the picture). Decent quality.

Product was damaged. Wayfair will not negotiate. I have to negotiate with manufacturer. It looks like someone returned the item and it was touched up. They sold me a damaged return and will not give me a discount. I feel this is wayfairs problem not manufacturer. Case is still pending.
