Balwinder Floating Shelf

Nice shelf. It feels cheap, but it does the job considering the price. My only problem is the returns policy, which I think should be looked into. The package arrived damaged. You could see from the box that something had dented it. I contacted customer service, and they refused to refund the item or send me a new one, stating that the damage did not stop the shelf from functioning. Well, it is dented and doesn't look nice, as you can see in the picture I attached. They gave me the option to pay for the return postage (£6.99+) or get 30% off the full price. I just went for the discount, but I wish I returned it and paid for postage. I don't know why I have to pay for the return postage when I received a damaged item.

Low quality, rawl plugs provided won’t work for plasterboard so get your own. Support bars secure on the wall but even after screwing the shelf feels loose.

Really nice but the super shiny surface does gather the dust though.

There were a few minor scratches on the surface but nothing very noticeable. Otherwise it's a good product that was easy to put up and looks great.
