Chair comfortable. Back seems badly filled as flat after sitting. The delivery was less than satisfactory. Advisedvthat itcwoukd arrive on Monday which did not happen. Tracking page advised 2 man delivery and into room of choice. No. One man who struggled with heavy weight and wanted to leave out side. He eventually moved it into hall where I said to just leave it. As I am nearly 80 this was most difiicult for myself and 80 year old husband. The previous chair ordered from your company was during covid and item left outside which was understandable.
