SO disappointed! I bought two of these rugs for my entry way and also purchased the UNITERS 5-year warranty. As many reviews said, the texture of the rug causes the colors to look different across it, especially when you vacuum. When my dog vomited on it, I put in a claim and sent pictures with a clear-as-day stain in the middle. They refused the claim (twice) because they deemed it as "generally soiled," which was not the case. I explained the issue with the texture casting shadows but they still denied. If you buy, don't bother with the warranty and know that if something spills on it, you've likely lost your rug because stains don't come up. Really, so disappointing to buy a warranty only to be denied using it for illegitimate reasons.

Had high hopes but am disappointed in both the quality and look of this rug. Not only is it cheap seeming but with light shining on it, it looks silver without being able to see much of the design I fell in love with it for. Somehow missed others remarking about this in other reviews. The darker spots you see in the photo are where I passed my hand over it to change direction. Returning and starting my hunt over again.
