I am really disappointed on the quality of this rug , its not worth what I paid for it , also there is a great big dirty stain on it. Please arrange to have it picked up and arrange a refund.

They were both very lovely but I bought two dogs and they ruined the Arden rug as it was long but my new rug will be great as I can wash it thank you for bringing me so much pleasure to my home MM
