Machine Tufted Shag Area Rug

I cannot give this a good review because it is like a large bath mat ,thin no pile .A small one in a bedroom on carpet maybe, but in the living room on a wood floor no. If I had bought it from a local shop I would have returned it. Put the old rug back down, it was bought from Wayfair also but far better rug.

wrong colour sent and impossible to exchange free of charge, dealing with this now, please correct wayfair and dont use chatboxes pretending to be humnas

The rug is exactly what I hoped it would be, the right size and colour. The only issue was the delivery- Evri didn't knock the door and left the parcel in an open communal hall, so I am lucky that I received it at all.
