When considering which type of front door mat is right for you there are a number of practical considerations to take into account. For example, one of the most notable benefits of using a rubber mat is the durability and longevity of the product... something that you are unlikely to see from other types of doormats. Natural rubber is among the best materials for outdoor mats because of its weather-resistant and waterproof properties. Unlike your average front doormat, which is made from coconut coir and therefore prone to wear and tear; a rubber doormat is manufactured with durability and practicality in mind. Despite the tendency for many customers to favour outdoor mats of this nature (due to their aesthetic appeal), many fail to appreciate the inferior lifespan and end up with a doormat that falls below their expectations. With this in mind, we encourage all of our customers to consider natural rubber when using a doormat outside. By giving thought to doormat longevity, we feel confident that your long-term appreciation of the product will benefit; along with your carpet and floors.
