Rug Size:Rectangle 6'7" x 9'6"

I purchased this carpet in April 2022, we put it out early May 2022. It has faded already, I did take out the insurance which I found out today does not cover fading. I am very disappointed that I can’t get a replacement or refund for this carpet. It is meant to be outdoors, why is it fading in 3 months time.
