This is the first Safevieh rug I’ve purchased from Wayfair. Others that I’ve purchased elsewhere have been terrific. It’s terribly wrinkled so I question the lack of packing materials. The border has a weird different gray thread on one of the vertical sides. On one of the horizontal sides the stitches don’t match. Quality control The color and design are as described on the website.

This was a great rug for a year....then it started fading and the color/fibers started washing away. Now the outdoor rug looks terrible, I need to order new ones...but not this brand since i want new outdoor rugs that last!
