How to order
As a rule of them and for guidance only
1 step will require 0.5m length of runner to cover it.
Over 6m long and your runner will come in 2 sections for ease of transport.
It will make NO difference to the fitting however, if you want it in one section please contact us before ordering. It takes a little longer and costs a little more.
Please note well
Pictures displayed are a guide only, as colours can vary dependent on your monitor/tablet/phone - we highly recommend you request a sample piece before you order to make sure you are happy - we send them out for free.
This is a stair runner. Therefore the ends are not whipped as they will need to be cut to be fitted. If you want a floor runner with whipped and taped ends then please get in touch.

What is Jute anyway?
Jute is a natural fiber that is commonly used for making a variety of products such as bags, rugs, twine and of course carpets. It is obtained from the jute plant, which is primarily grown in the Indian subcontinent, especially in Bangladesh and India.
The jute fiber is harvested from the stem and outer skin of the plant and is then processed to make it suitable for use in various products. Jute is known for its strength, durability, and affordability, which makes it a popular choice in industries such as packaging, textiles, and construction. Additionally, jute is also considered an eco-friendly and sustainable material, as it is biodegradable and can be grown without the use of harmful chemicals.
On a final note
On a final note, please be aware that a lot of time, cost and care goes into creating your runner. Regardless of where you purchased it from, if you have bought it on a whim with the intention of sending it back if it isn’t quite right, We urge you to reconsider, cancel your order and just request some samples so you can be sure of your purchase. We send them out free.
However, we will accept returns and issue refunds on runners of 50cm to 60cm width and over 4m in length if you pay carriage.
