Really disappointed, this rug feels and looks cheap and cheerful (not)

Beautiful rug exactly right for my space

Rug for the price is 5050 quality. Customer service is -100000 was showing 1 day delivery, it came after more than 2 weeks and i needed to contact customer service every day and every time they was talking different sh… gosh never again will order from this company!
