Rug began falling apart within 3 weeks of being put in room.

This rug is horrible. It’s then full of all kinds of threads. Customer service is horrible. I had to send them pictures. They gave me 45 back on this rug. I will never buy this brand again. It’s horrible. Dark spots all over it looks dirty.

I had made a video but I don’t see a way to post it. This is a very soft rug that overall will be perfect in my space. I also bought the rug pad they recommended. However, on three different areas, threads were coming out. Some I could have just trimmed but a couple didn’t get stuck when you pulled them and I was afraid the rug would unravel. Wayfair has been amazing at resolving this for me by sending me a new one which I haven’t received yet. The rug sheds but hopefully after vacuuming this won’t happen anymore. It also appears as different colors depending on the lighting. My room isn’t set up yet but I think it will look nice once all the lamps are back. It’s a beige color but appeared more grey in some lighting.

Using this in my cocktail room and have gotten so many compliments on this rug, the pattern is just in laid and perfectly subtle. Carpet is plush.

This took a little while to come but it is a nice piece for sure! Very good quality and just as described. It fits a whole room… I bought it for a spare room that didn’t have any carpet so it was perfect
