Chelsea Floral Area Rug In Ivory

Absolutely love this runner! Colors are just like the photo and the rug is thick and good quality. Can’t wait for my matching oval rug to come ( not until August :/) I also want the matching rug for my front door but it’s out of stock.

I purchased this rug for my craft room and it’s perfect and the quality is fantastic.

I love the look of this rug. I ordered it for a spare bedroom so it gets very little wear. Four months later the loops are coming undone and the ball of fuzz you see is wool that is still coming off the rug when it is vacuumed. I sent photos and a message to Wayfair. They do not stand behind this product after sixty days and refused to exchange it.

This is regarding order #4251942212. I am attaching four photos. #1 shows the rug that was delivered with color "Ivory Biltmore" which is clearly different than rug shown on website in color "Ivory/Multicolor". #2 shows the one we got side by side with an old rug we bought several years ago that we need to match. #3 shows the label on the rug you sent. #4 shows the label on the old rug.
